Milk Bar is excited to open their first Chicago shop this fall at 200 N. Green Street, on the first floor of The Hoxton, Chicago, in the center of the bustling Fulton Market District. Founded in New York City in 2008 by James Beard award-winning pastry chef Christina Tosi, Milk Bar desserts are made for everyday celebrations. From impossible-to-put-down pies and Taylor Swift’s favorite rainbow-flecked Birthday Cake to Cereal Milk® Soft Serve ice cream and the cult-favorite Compost Cookie®, Milk Bar’s Chicago location will carry the full menu of nostalgic desserts, along with a couple of windy city specials. This opening marks the brand’s first location in the Midwest and their first partnership with award-winning Boka Restaurant Group.
