Chef Wolen, a partner in our Michelin-starred restaurant Boka, as well as Alla Vita and GG’s Chicken Shop, will be crafting a menu that showcases his signature style of innovative, seasonal cuisine. At Elliott Aster, you can expect to enjoy expertly cooked steaks, from a 45-day Dry Aged Prime Bone-In Ribeye to a 48 oz Bistecca Fiorentina for the table. Enjoy handcrafted pasta dishes like King Crab Tagliatelle or Rigatoni Alla Vodka, and fresh seafood entrees prepared with the utmost care.
